Prasanjit Pathak is presently the head legal Consultant of Customs and Excise at the firm. He completed his graduation in the year 1974 from Mithila University, Bihar. Subsequently, he started working with the Government of India and retired as an Assistant Commissioner from Central Board of Excise and Customs. He has been a part of the rigorous training on Narcotics sponsored by the Department of Justice, United State of America held in the year 1986.  He has also been honoured with the Presidential Award in 1999 for meritorious service to the Government of India. His areas of expertise include Indirect Taxation, Customs, Excise, Service Tax, Vigilance Matters and Narcotics.
