Mukeshwar Nath Dubey is presently leading the Indirect Taxation and Intellectual Property Team in the Delhi Office. He graduated from University of Lucknow in the year 2012 securing a first class. He then completed his Post Graduation in Political Science in the year 2014 securing First Class. Subsequently, he completed his LLB from Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow in the year 2017 securing a First Class.

Mukeshwar Nath Dubey is a man of intellect and has a trail of academic record to his credit. A self-acclaimed political critic, his academic achievements include presentation of a paper entitled “Youth, Political Process & Social Changes” in National Seminar held by Azim Premji University, Bangalore. He has been an important convener of Yuva Pratibha Sangam: Divyankur 2011-2012. Such is his excellence at academics that he was conferred the award of “Bal Vigyanik” by the Government of India. He has also been conferred a notable acknowledgment by the Governor of Uttar Pradesh in the year 2012 for contribution to the Election Commission of India promoting the importance of exercising the right to adult suffrage. He is an avid debater and has been awarded the certificate of excellent participation in V.S. Ram memorial debate competition on “Should India stop peace dialogue with Pakistan” held by University of Lucknow in 2014. He also holds a Certificate for participation in National Seminar on “The Politics of Social Justice in India” organized by the Department of Political Science of University of Lucknow under Manyavar Kanshi Ram Peeth grant in 2014.

Mukeshwar Nath Dubey has done worked with UP State Human Right Commission thereby working relentlessly for the protection of Human Rights Act, Rules, Regulations, RTI, and Recommendations Human right cases. Thereafter he started working with Piyush Kumar & Associates, Delhi wherein he honed his skills of drafting, conveyancing, as also appearing regularly before all the Tribunals in Delhi and the Delhi High Court.  He also learnt filing application, examination reply, hearing in IPR and handling the clients.

Mukeshwar Nath Dubey has extensive knowledge in Customs, Excise, Service Tax, Service Law, Intellectual Property Law, Consumer Law and Indirect Taxation.
