Prashant Kubal is Graduate (BA) and completed Post Graduate Diploma in Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding from Mumbai University. He has completed certificate course in Computer Operations & Programming (MS Office, Excel, C, C++). Prior to joining Central Government service, he worked as computer programming faculty in various institutes. He joined Customs Department in 1996 and retired in 2016. During his service in Mumbai Customs, he was awarded with Certificate of Appreciation, Honorarium, Samman Patra & various Rewards. He has been working here since November, 2023. He has assisted the firm in drafting reply to the Show Cause Notices, Appeals, Special Valuation Branch (SVB) matters, Inquiry Proceedings (Customs Broker Matters), GST Matters. He has also been attending personal hearing before various adjudicating authorities as well as proceedings before Tribunal (CESTAT). His areas of interest includes Indirect taxation matters.
