Divesh, an alumnus of Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi, completed his LL.B. from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. With extensive experience in litigation, he focuses on customs law, money laundering, recovery matters, family disputes, environmental law, service matters, and other civil and criminal cases. Based in Delhi NCR, he appears before the Delhi High Court, Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and various District Courts and tribunals. 

His practice includes customs disputes under the Customs Act, 1962, money laundering
cases under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, and family law matters like
divorce and custody. Divesh applies his legal knowledge across diverse domains,
engaging with judicial forums in New Delhi and surrounding areas.
