Pankti Shah has completed her LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2021 and is currently pursuing her LL.M. from Mumbai University. She has scored a commendable 94.8% in her SSC Boards and a 91.38% in her HSC Boards. She has been working here since October 2017 and the firm decided to retain her because of her sharp skills, meticulous mannerism and diligence. Since 2017, she has assisted the firm in conducting matters pertaining to GST laws, Customs Laws, money-laundering cases, debt-recovery cases, SEBI Cases, so on and so forth. She has been actively drafting writ petitions, replies, rejoinders, legal notices, legal opinions, complaints and has also appeared and argued cases before Bombay High Court, NCLT, SAT, CESTAT, City Civil & Sessions Court, District Courts and Consumer Fora. Her areas of interest include Indirect taxation, Dispute Resolution and Criminal Law.
