Mukeshwar Nath Dubey is an advocate based in the Delhi office of Eminent Jurists,

Mukeshwar Nath Dubey’s professional experience includes working with the Uttar
Pradesh State Human Rights Commission, where he focused on cases under the Human
Rights Act, Right to Information (RTI) rules, and related regulations. Later, at Piyush
Kumar & Associates in Delhi, he developed expertise in drafting, conveyancing, and
appearing before tribunals and the Delhi High Court. His work in intellectual property
law involved filing applications, examination replies, and hearings.
